1. Eligibility for Wholesale
We accept wholesale questions from:
reputable retail companies with physical storefronts
Internet merchants with a high volume of customers and sales
Specialty shops and fashion boutiques
Companies that provide uniforms and corporate gifts
Companies that are registered and have valid tax IDs
2. The Application Procedure
To submit an application for a wholesale account:
Fill out our online application for wholesale.
Present the paperwork for your company's registration.
Provide your tax identification number (USt-ID).
Provide business references, if you have any.
Give the application review five to seven business days.
3. Requirements for Minimum Orders
Minimum Order Amount: €500 net
Orders for replenishment: €250 net
Custom orders: a minimum of €1,000 net
4. Cost Structure
Pricing tiers according to order volume
40–50% off of retail prices
Prices do not include VAT (19%).
There is quarterly promotional pricing available.
5. Terms of Payment for New Accounts: Prepayment is necessary
Established Accounts: Following three successful orders, net 30 terms are available.
Payment options include business PayPal and bank transfers.
Currency: only euros (EUR)
6. Processing Orders
Processing Time: 7–10 business days following confirmation of payment
Order Changes: Within 24 hours of placing the order, changes are accepted.
Backorders will be notified 48 hours after the order is placed.
7. Policy for Shipping
Cost of Shipping: Originated by a wholesale customer
Carriers: agreed carrier, Deutsche Post, or DHL Business
On request, international shipping is available.
All shipments have access to tracking.
8. Exchanges & Returns
Defective Products: 30 days for a replacement or full credit
Returns that are not defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 14 days.
Items for the final sale: Returns are not accepted.
Return shipping is the client's responsibility.
9. Brand Requirements Wholesale partners need to:
Keep your brand's presentation consistent.
Make use of authorized product photos and descriptions.
Avoid selling on unapproved third-party marketplaces
Respect MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) regulations.
10. Assistance with Marketing
Partners who are approved get:
Product photos with high resolution
Materials for brand marketing
Social media resources
Opportunities for co-op advertising (pending approval)
11. Exclusiveness
For eligible partners, territory exclusivity is available.
For high volume partners, category exclusivity is taken into account.
Exclusive designs are offered for orders of a minimum quantity.
12. Privacy
Terms and prices are kept private.
Unable to share with outside parties
A non-disclosure agreement is required.

14. Termination
Accounts could be closed for:
breaking the brand's rules
Recurrent problems with payments
Not fulfilling the minimum order requirements
harm to the reputation of the brand

17. Tailored Purchases
Orders of €1,000 or more are eligible.
A 50% down payment is needed.
Production time: 4-6 weeks
Once production starts, it cannot be canceled.
18. Appointments in the Showroom
Only by appointment
situated at our headquarters in Crailsheim.
Appointments can be made virtually.

19. Updates to Policies
We maintain the right to:
Modify the wholesale price
Adjust the minimum order quantity.
Revise the terms and conditions
Products should be discontinued abruptly.
