Q1: Which forms of payment are accepted?
 Right now, PayPal is a secure payment method that we accept.  This enables you to make payments through a secure and encrypted system using your credit/debit card, PayPal balance, or bank account.

 Q2: How can I determine whether my order was placed successfully?
 As soon as your purchase is complete, you will automatically receive an email confirming your order.  If it's not in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.  Please email us at contact@glaciergrace.store if you are still unable to locate it.

 Q3: After placing my order, is it possible for me to change or cancel it?
 If an order hasn't gone through the processing stage yet, we can usually change or cancel it.  Kindly provide your order number to contact@glaciergrace.store right away.  Although we will try our best to help, once the order is being prepared for shipment, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

 Delivery & Shipping
 Q4: Where is your shipping location?
 At the moment, we ship to addresses in Germany.

 Q5: How long does it take to process and ship orders?

 Processing Time (Handling): Monday through Friday, 1-3 business days.

 Within Germany, the transit time is three to four business days following dispatch.

 4–7 business days after the order date is the total estimated delivery time.

 Q6: When is the cutoff time for your orders?
 The following working day will be used to process orders placed before 12:00 AM Central European Time .  After this time, orders will be processed the next business day.

 Q7: Do you provide order tracking?
 Indeed!  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

 Q8: It's been a while since my tracking was updated.  What ought I to do?
 The carrier may occasionally take longer to provide tracking updates.  Please feel free to contact us at contact@glaciergrace.store if there hasn't been any update for more than 48 hours following the initial scan, and we will look into it with the carrier on your behalf.

 Returns & Refunds Q9: How do you handle returns?
 We accept returns within ninety days of the date of delivery.  Items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unused, and with all tags still on them.  The return must be started within seven days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund .

 Q10: How can I begin a return?

 Within ninety days of receiving your order, send us an email at contact@glaciergrace.store to request a Return Merchandise Authorization  number.

 Instructions and a pre-paid shipping label  will be sent to your email.

 Securely pack the item, mark the package with the RMA number, and deliver it to the carrier.

 Q11: How long will it take for me to get my money back?
 Please give us five business days to process your refund after we receive and review your return.  After that, it will be credited to the PayPal payment method you used initially.  It could take an extra five to ten business days for the refund to show up in your account, depending on your financial institution.

 Q12: Who covers the cost of return shipping?
 All German customers are eligible for free returns.  The customer bears the cost of return shipping for returns made from overseas 

 Products & Sizing Q13: What is the best way to determine my size?
 A comprehensive size chart with centimeter measurements is included on every product page.  For the best fit, we advise measuring an existing item of clothing that fits you well and comparing the results to our chart.  Get in touch with us if you require any additional help!

 Q14: Do your products come in the correct size?
 Our products are made to fit exactly as they are described.  For the most precise fit information, we always advise referring to the size chart that is provided on each product page.

 Q16: What hours do you offer customer service?
 With the exception of German public holidays, we check our emails Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM CET.  We make an effort to reply to all questions within a day.
